Beautifully decorated and furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Orlando villa that can comfortably sleep 8. It is in a very private position overlooking one of the fairways of Highlands Reserve Golf Course and it is possible to lie in the pool on the terrace.

There is a private tennis court and large communal pool if required and the property is only 12-15 minutes from the Disney, Universal and MGM parks.

All bedrooms come equipped with televisions and the villa is fully air-conditioned. There is also an option to have the pool heated, depending on the time of year you would like to visit.

Facilities

The villa is a three minute car ride to the public supermarket and a range of local restaurants to include Applebees, Chinese and Indian cuisine also available. Walmart is also a few minutes away from where DVD's can be hired at $1 per night. Easy access to a wider range of shops and malls, restaurants etc.

Beautifully decorated and furnished living/family room with TV and DVD. Sliding doors to the rear of the house give free access to the deck and pool with views over the golf course and woods beyond.

The en suite has walk in shower and the upstairs bathroom has a bath/shower in addition to a downstairs toilet.
